End-of-service award calculator
Enter the last wage, length of service and how employment ended. The tool applies Articles 84 and 85 of the Labour Law: half a month per year for the first five years and a full month per year after, reduced on resignation by length of service.

How we calculate
Resignation: under 2 years nothing, 2–5 years one third, 5–10 years two thirds, 10+ years full (Art. 85). Paid in full to a female employee ending the contract within 6 months of marriage or 3 months of giving birth, and in force-majeure cases (Art. 87). Indicative only; refer to the contract and the HRSD platform in disputes.
